Pullavan Veena is a stringed instrument made of wood and parchment. This community instrument is found in Kerala. Majorly used by the Pullavan Community for accompaniment to their songs sung in praise of snake-deities.

Skin covered circular wooden resonator, wooden fingerboard and a rectangular peg box open on top, single fibre string. Played with a bow. Used by the Pullavan Community for accompaniment to their songs sung in praise of snake-deities.
